It's been a long time since I wrote here, sorry guys for the lack of updates!
My exam season started a while ago, I already passed 5/7 classes. Saturday I'm going to improve my grade in Mammalogy (from a 17/20, pfffff! I know I'm crazy) and Monday I'll have my last exam, which is Ornithology (easy).
I had ups and downs, studying everyday and my hormonal roller coaster (damn you PMS, damn yooooou!!) aren't very nice to my mental health. As for body health, I'm fine! I finally got some of the weight I lost a few months ago and I'm doing more exercise to recover the rest (also, I never realized I had such strong abdominals, neat!). Yesterday was one of the "bad days", I had a Geology test today and I didn't study that much, since I had to do another exam yesterday to care about (damn you teachers who mark all tests at the same week, damn yoooooou! Also, damn you PMS! I haven't forgot about you!).
Oh well, all I want now is to rest and have my well deserved vacations...that and a position on any of the investigation scholarships. :D
In another note, in my last post I told you guys that my boyfriend broke his nose. He's fine now, his nose recovered pretty well, although he still has a scar...and a little bump. Good for me I don't love noses that much (unless he if got a Snape like nose, then I would care).
And I have more news. Remember a long time ago, when I told you about living in a residence of nuns here in Évora? Well...the Lisbon direction of this residences came and said the conditions weren't that great, it wasn't respecting the residence protocol and it was going to close for remodelations. Consequences? The girls who live here have to search for another house, which means...I have to search for another place to live.
It's really a pain in the butt, I'm finishing my 2nd years and I only have one left, one thing is to move in my 1st year, but for the 3rd? I don't think the conditions were are that bad, it's a nice place to live. I had my own room, my own space, I could use the kitchen freely, hot water all the time, water/electricity/gas all included in the price, it was really nice.
Although I'm still going to search for a new house, I'm going to candidate myself to a University residence. It's not really a place where I would like to be, but it's just for another year, plus if I'm lucky, I'm going to a residence where I have some cool friends. (And free interwebz, yay)
That's all I have to say. Don't forget I post more frequently on Twitter and on my Tegaki.
As for today, I'm going to rest from studying and go out with my friends. Partyyyyyy (not that I really drink, but it's fun to see their sad figures when they're drunk and I'm the only one sober pffff).
P.S.- I really love this photo I took (icon). It's our smart Australopithecus afarensis! Pfffff human biology classes were indeed fun.
